Every morning when I just woke up, I start to meditate. When the mind is still empty, it is easier for me to do so. So I find a comfortable place and sit. I sit on the chair but sometimes I sit on a mattress. Close both eyes, breathe in, focus the eye in center and keep breathing. Try to experience your mind and look what is going on inside. Sometimes we forget that we are meditating but that is okay. Breathe in and out and start to focus again. Do this for 15-20 minutes every day. You will feel a lot much better day by day. And do not forget to smile. Smile from your heart, your mind, and your face. Namaste

Keep losing a good time for meditation. I feel very much into this critical world and far from mindfulness.
However I would pay for it later.
